$60 Here is a one off service that connects you and me to align for your goals, health, wellness, or our passion for track and field. We will have a conversation, allowing you to share where you are and where you want to be. **If it is specific to track and field, we can go over film together if you feel you need my experiences to help you. **If it is specific to workouts and you need something fresh, we can discuss what you are currently doing and revamp it together to better suit your new goals!
